"I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received"

I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received this morning at Jim Click Chrysler-Jeep. Service Advisor Mark Orehek, technicians Matt and Cullen are a credit to your organization. They treated me like a member of the family and I plan to let everyone I know what a great team you have in place. My wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in early June from your dealership. This is my first jeep and I am certainly a novice when it comes to all things Jeep. My model is a dual top. I left the hard top on for the summer to beat the heat. This past Sunday I took the hard top off to enjoy the nice cooler temperatures and have my jeep be all it can be! ...and it certainly is. My problem is that rain is in the forecast again and despite my efforts to find a way to put the soft top up on the internet, they only cover the models with the soft top as the only top. I was left with bruised fingers and frustration. This morning I stopped by the dealership after my workout and met Mark Orehek. Mark listened to my issue and told me that he would get it taken care of. A great thing for a customer to hear. A short time later, Matt and Cullen arrived and showed me how the frame assembly goes together so I will be able to tackle it myself in the future. I can't say enough about how well I was treated from my arrival to the time I left. Too often in today's world the customer is passed around by the places where we are spending our hard earned money. Mark, Matt and Cullen exceeded my expectations and have made me a very happy customer! Thank you very much for your efforts!

Yesterday, Sept. 7, I was in for warranty service and Maint. for Life service on my 2011 Town & Country. I am totally pleased and impressed with your service organization and service adviser Mark. As I waited in the service lounge I was pleased with the other advisers by the way they interacted with other customers. Always curtious and friendly.You are to be congratulated for your fine organization.

I just wanted to send a thank you to Mark and your service team for helping our family recently. My son Kyle just arrived in Tucson to start graduate school and our PT Cruiser broke down. After finding your dealership online I spoke with Mark who was very nice and helpful in getting the car towed in and fixed. All your staff was very helpful and I really appreciate it. You have a loyal customer for life, or at least for the next 4 years!

"I called several days ahead to schedule an appointment for June 8th. My Service Advisor explained what needed to be done, based  on our prior services, and why. His time and estimates were much appreciated and accurate! I was greeted on time, the paperwork was completed quickly, and someone drove me to my nearby appointment-all in about 20 minutes. My Advisor called to advise me on how long it would be before my car was ready, and when I arrived at the set time, all was taken care of efficiently! Thank you!"
